About Caroline
A Little Personal History

I was playing my Les Paul and singing in my RockıNıRoll band during the amazing punk rock scene at CBGBıs in New York City, when I was ³discovered² by America's iconic fashion designer, Bill Blass. To my really good fortune and surprise he invited me to be his "house" model for several seasons, during which time I became one of New York's top haute couture runway and photographic models with the FORD agency. Not only did Bill take me around the world modeling the clothes he designed on me, but each morning he would drape me in the best fabrics flown in from Italy and Paris for his line that season. Subsequently over the years, I brought my acute awareness that workmanship and quality play in a designer's piece to my own line today.

Incorporating a taste of my funky flamboyance and a firm belief that hats are art, I was destined to create my first quality statement- making hat starting with the oversized, ever popular reversible cossack worn by Bette Midler in 2007. In 2008 I had tremendous success with the Bear Hat featured in SEVENTEEN Magazine and the Cossack in INSTYLE Magazine, along with a special display at Henri Bendels store NYC. In 2009 I started my URBAN TRAPPER collection incorporating couture fabric with the best, most luxurious FAUX fur found in the world. My hand made, REVERSIBLE, one of a kind TRAPPERS are timeless with a bold, tasteful statement on dreary winter days. Here's to impact!!

I'm also an artist. See my paintings.

Some Highlights From My Modeling Career

Representing Bill Blass' chapter in the book, COUTURE. The Great Designers by Caroline Reynolds Millbank. Bill designed this dress on me for the Paris couture awards, the year he won American Designer of the Year. I had such fun in my own salon at the Ritz, Paris.
